The festival drew an enthusiastic crowd of food lovers, influencers, and notable dignitaries, celebrating health, innovation, and the future of plant-based eating.
The event was officially inaugurated by Shri. Vijender Gupta, Honorable Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi, alongside Smt. Smita Kaushik, Municipal Councillor of Rohini Ward 54-D. Their esteemed presence infused the event with great pride and energy, underscoring the importance of promoting cleaner, healthier vegetarian diets, anchored by the incredible versatility of soya.
