Designed for smooth, accurate performance, both specialty folder gluers feature synchronous belt drive systems, inverter-driven operation for improved stability and power savings, electronic adjustments for easier operation, automatic continuous feeding to maintain stable material handling, automatic counting and kicking, and adjustable conveyor pressure to help ensure consistent finished box quality.
Built for demanding converting environments, both machines are designed to process cardboard from 250–1200 gsm as well as E, C, B, and AB flute corrugated board. The 74″ TS Folder Gluer offers a maximum mechanical speed of 300 meters per minute, while the 115″ TS Folder Gluer is rated for up to 200 meters per minute, giving plants flexible options based on production requirements, box sizes, and plant layout considerations.
Each machine incorporates independently driven sections that support precise registration, folding, and finishing. On the 74″ model, the pre-fold section includes a third-crease pre-fold of up to 135 degrees, while the trombone section features an automatic belt tension-adjusting system to help move product straight and stably to the pile for reliable collecting. On the 115″ model, the pre-fold, lock-bottom, folding, trombone, and back-folding sections are servo-driven to support smooth operation, accurate folding, and efficient setup across a broad range of box configurations.
The 115″ TS Folder Gluer is also built to accommodate a wide range of box sizes across straight-line, bottom-lock, 4-corner, and 6-corner applications, extending its flexibility for varied converting demands.
