Innovative Leak Detection System Detects Even the Smallest Microleaks
WITT Gas, a global leader in gas safety, control, and analysis solutions, is proud to highlight its LEAK-MASTER® PRO and PRO 2 series advanced solutions specifically designed to eliminate the risk of leaking packages in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) applications. These systems provide reliable, non-destructive detection of microleaks as small as 10 micrometers, a critical safeguard against product spoilage and costly recalls for food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods producers.
At the heart of the LEAK-MASTER® PRO/PRO 2 series is advanced CO₂ sensor technology, which automates the testing process to deliver rapid, precise, and operator-independent results. The entire testing procedure is highly reproducible, making it ideal for quality control in demanding production environments.
The LEAK-MASTER® PRO and PRO 2 are available in six chamber sizes, ensuring compatibility with a broad range of packaging formats, from small individual containers to large cartons. The PRO 2 model is designed for smaller, individual packages and includes an integrated LED status display, intuitive touchscreen operation (with optional barcode reader), Ethernet-based data transmission, and a durable, low-maintenance design that uses compressed air for vacuum generation (an optional vacuum pump is available). The PRO 2 tabletop devices are ideal for precise inspection of small to medium-sized packages.
For larger packaging, such as complete cartons or E2 boxes, the large PRO stand-alone device is the preferred choice. The PRO model features a robust stainless steel housing, simple touchscreen controls, an electric vacuum pump, and flexible data transfer options via Ethernet or WLAN.
All devices are easily operated using a touch display. To streamline operations, user login and product selection can also be performed via an optional barcode reader.
