On2Cook cooks up a storm for commercial kitchens at AAHAR 2025

On2Cook, the world’s fastest, most advanced, smart tech-enabled cooking device invented by India’s Sanandan (Sandy) Sudhir, is making waves at the 39th edition of AAHAR 2025, an international food and hospitality fair with a nearly four-decade-long legacy.

The global B2B event, organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), brings together food-hospitality players and industry stakeholders from across the world. Stealing the limelight this year is On2Cook — the revolutionary cooking device with 12 worldwide patents, including India, US, UK, and Russia.

“Whether it’s limited space, consistency across multiple outlets, alleviating expensive ventilation systems and chimneys, addressing the complexities of multiple appliances, high operational costs, 300% labor churn, or extensive wastage of ingredients and resources, On2Cook has already proven to be a gamechanger for commercial kitchens of any scale. With a presence in over 50 brands (Including WOW Momos, Salad days, Pink Adrak, Green Salad etc) across restaurants, food/eatery chains, and cloud kitchens, the 6-in-1 device is redefining how commercial kitchens operate — plugging cost leakages and boosting profitability. AAHAR is the perfect platform for the community to experience this breakthrough firsthand and be part of the history being created with On2Cook,” said Sanandan, inventor & CEO, On2Cook.

At AAHAR 2025, On2Cook is drawing interest from restaurant owners, cloud kitchen operators, hoteliers, and food service professionals. Live demonstrations are being held at stall number 12A-19E at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from March 4 to March 8, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM — offering attendees a hands-on glimpse of the device’s transformative capabilities.

On2Cook is heralded as the dawn of a new era in culinary efficiency, delivering cooking times reduced by up to one-third while saving at least 40% on energy costs. The device preserves water-soluble nutrients, vitamin C, color, texture, structure, and aroma of original ingredients — ensuring healthier, tastier meals.

The fastest cooking device on the planet made its debut on Shark Tank India Season 1 Finale, where it astounded the judges by cooking chicken curry in just 7 minutes. On2Cook combines microwaves and induction to cook food simultaneously, eliminating the need for constant stirring with an integrated stirrer in the lid and automated water addition, making the cooking process hands-free. The AI-based combination cooking device readies samosas in 4 minutes, baked pizzas in 3 minutes, grills chicken in 2-3 minutes, steams idlis in 3-4 minutes, and prepares anything from frozen to ready-to-eat in under 5 minutes. The company On2cook India Pvt. Ltd  is currently valued at 200 crore.
