Nestlé Professional Enters Cocoa-Based Spreads category with KITKAT Professional Spread Launch

Nestlé Professional has expanded its out-of-home innovations by launching KITKAT Professional Spread, a cocoa-based spread designed for the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. This new offering brings the iconic KITKAT experience to chefs and dessert enthusiasts, enabling them to craft unique and indulgent treats.

KITKAT Professional Spread boasts a rich, chocolatey taste and crispy texture, making it an ideal addition to various hot and cold applications. From artisanal pastries to contemporary plated desserts, this versatile spread can be used as a topping, filling, or decoration, elevating creations such as cakes, cookies, pastries, and beverages.

According to Saurabh Makhija, Director-Nestlé Professional, Nestlé India, “KITKAT remains a beloved brand in India. The launch of KITKAT Professional Spread introduces a new way for chefs to incorporate its signature taste and texture into their creations, fostering culinary creativity and enhancing consumer experiences.”

The product was unveiled at AAHAR, the International food and hospitality fair in India, where Nestlé showcased its versatility through live tasting sessions and demonstrations. The KITKAT Professional Spread will be available in convenient 1kg packs, catering to the out-of-home market.
